Can I still order in the online shop?
Yes, you can continue shopping as usual in the online shop. We continue to deliver all orders placed in the online shop.


How long is the delivery time?
Your order will be processed immediately after receipt. The delivery times for replacement heating elements, pyrography items or stickers do not currently deviate from the standards. The delivery times for spray stencils, fire stamps or seals can be extended by a few days. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time may be delayed by the delivery service. Please understand especially in Switzerland, should it e.g. come to extended delivery times through customs inspections.

Do you deliver to quarantine areas?
Due to official measures, we cannot currently guarantee delivery to quarantine areas.
